Chopping, mixing, storage, dosing
SILOKING feed mixers chop long fiber materials, ensure homogeneous mixing, serve as a bunker for material storage, and, thanks to the appropriate feeding technology, guarantee precise and timely feeding into the fermenter. The connected feeding system operates reliably and without blockages. All components in contact with the material are made entirely of stainless steel.
SILONOX as standard
The mixer hopper is standardly equipped with SILONOX. To protect the hopper walls and floor from the negative influence of acid, these parts are equipped as standard with SILONOX. SILONOX is a stainless steel alloy with extremely high wear resistance; the material handles the negative influence of acids, corrosion, and is resistant to chemical and physical damage. Optionally, the mixing screws can also be made from SILONOX.
