Economical 80 W heating element
For regions with prolonged frost, a model with a 180 W heating element is available, providing frost resistance up to -30°C (Article 100.1043). For protecting supply pipes from cooling, a 24 V thermal cable (2 m or 3 m, see page 17) is recommended.

For ensuring the heating and circulation of water in the insulated water network (pipe diameter ¾" or 1"). The pipe length is specified in the table below.

• HEATFLOW heating devices can be delivered with power ranging from 3 to 12 kW (4 variants are available as per the table below).

• Specifically designed for installation in large, cold spaces for cows, horses, pigs, and sheep.

• Heating rods heat the water in the reservoir, which in turn heats the running water passing through the coil. The water temperature reaches a maximum of 40°C, meaning that lime buildup is practically nonexistent. HEATFLOW is especially recommended for installation in circulating water systems in regions with high lime content water.

• Water temperature adjustment on return from the circulating water system: the desired temperature is set on the thermostat sensor. The sensor is mounted on the pipe that brings water back from the circulating water system to the heating device. When the water temperature falls below the desired level, the heating rod automatically turns on.

• Additional equipment: HEATFLOW heating devices with one heating rod can be equipped with a second heating rod, doubling the heating power: 3 kW → 3+3 kW, or 6 kW → 6+6 kW (for example, in the case of expanding a cow shelter).

• Equipped with a high-performance circulation pump (230 V, 400 W) mounted on the panel and ready for connection (1" water network connection). For quick connection, the delivery package also includes two 1-meter long flexible hoses.

• Heating rod equipped with a protective shutdown device (overheating protection).

• The delivery package includes: air release valve, pressure limiting valve in the water network, return valve, and check valve.

• For protection of the pump and heating rod, 2 additional protective switches are required, which act in case of a leakage current of 30 mA, provided by the customer on site.

Pasture drinkers with capacities ranging from 200 to 1500 liters

• Made from high-quality, UV-resistant polyethylene

• WT 200 and WT 400 models: with side ears for stationary installation on pastures

Datorită încălzirii supapei cu o placă de încălzire (24 V, 20 W), adăpătoarea nu îngheață la temperaturi de până la -10°C (în zona supapei)
Placa de încălzire a supapei este conectată sub capacul detașabil al supapei și nu este accesibilă animalelor, fiind livrată cu un cablu electric (lungime 3 m)
Pornirea automată a încălzirii la +5°C și oprirea la +12°C datorită termostatului încorporat în placa de încălzire

Pentru protecția conductelor de apă terminale împotriva înghețului, acestea sunt învelite cu un cablu de încălzire de 24 V: lungime 2 m (20 W, Articol 101.0861) sau 3 m (30 W, Articol 101.0863). Cablul de încălzire este conectat în paralel cu firele de alimentare de la transformator. În cazul conductelor de apă cu tuburi de polietilenă, trebuie să vă asigurați că acestea sunt adecvate atât pentru apă rece, cât și pentru apă caldă. Pentru o distribuție optimă a căldurii (înainte de montarea cablului de încălzire), tuburile de polietilenă trebuie învelite cu bandă de aluminiu (Articol 101.1099).

Descriere

Încălzirea castronului este asigurată de un cablu de încălzire de 24 V, 30 W, 3 m, inclus în set. Cablul de încălzire este fixat în spirală într-o garnitură specială din cauciuc plasată sub castronul adăpătorului. Pentru distribuția uniformă a căldurii în partea de jos a castronului, pe adăpătoare este lipită o folie de aluminiu.
